The Coordinator

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  •  6 Weeks of coordination 
  • Unlimited email communication
  • 2 planning meetings  (1 being your Venue Final walkthrough) 
  • Customized planning portal that includes a personalized: planning checklist, guest list, timeline, floor plan, vision board and budget tracker
  • We’re lucky to have some truly amazing vendors in the Austin area, and we’d be happy to share some of our favorites with you! Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll connect you with the best.
  • 8 hours of on-site management
  • Rehearsal Coordination
  • Timeline and Layout Execution 
  • Vendor Management and Verification — I email all vendors to verify the time of load-in/setup/teardown/load-out, confirm orders, give directions, and format the timeline and layout and answer any last-minute questions. 
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit 
  • Coordinate All Ceremony Activities 
  • Placement of Valuables into Designated Vehicles 
  • Distribute Final Payments & Gratuities to Vendors 
  • Coordinate cleanup & load out

Wedding Management

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

 

EVERYTHING IN COORDINATOR +

  • Ten weeks of Coordination and Day-of execution for up to 10hours 
  • 3 planning meetings ( 1 being final walkthrough at venue) 
  • Set up personal decor, such as card box, toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, unity candle, place cards, table numbers, seating chart. ( This does not include full decorating ceremony and reception sites) ( See add-ons) 

Wedding Managment Plus  

  • EVERYTHING IN Wedding Management Package +
  • Four -Months of Coordination and Day-of execution for up to 12 hours.
  • Four Consultations — One being the Final walk-through at your venue to finalize the layout and on-site details (6-8 weeks before the wedding)
  • Assist in booking vendors still needed (up to 3 vendors)
  • Placing Décor at ceremony and reception areas.

 The management packages are best suited for couples who have got the wedding planning covered but are looking for an expert helping hand as well as professional advice and guidance along the way. You need someone to step in and help wrap up the final details and to ensure everything is accounted for so all you have to do is show up, get married, and dance the night away. 

 

Partial Planning 


 

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Everything in Wedding Management +
  • Six -Months of Coordination and Day-of execution for up to 12 hours.
  • Six Consultations — One being the Final walk-through at your venue to finalize the layout and on-site details (~4-6 weeks before the wedding)
  • Pinterest board collaboration
  • Assisting Couples in booking vendors. 
  • Will include lead planner and one assistant
  • Placing Décor at ceremony and reception areas.
  • Complete set-up and tear-down ( setting up tables, chairs, linens ect)


  For the couple that needs guidance along the way but wants to be hands on with planning. Our partial planning package with extra hours of leg work or consults for anything planning related and unlimited access to us for questions. .

Wedding Planning and Design

You might have a general vision but need help getting there. I will assist you with every step of planning your wedding - from selecting potential vendors to negotiating contracts in order to obtain the best fit possible. And, of course, I will manage your rehearsal and wedding day to ensure everything goes just as planned.

Includes everything from above packages + you can add on any task 

below. This package starts 12 to 18 months out. 


    

  • Creation of personalized budget

· Wedding Website Design & Management

  • Emailed planning documents 

· Save the Date/Invitation Design  & RSVP Management

  • Event Design
  • Venue research, site visits, and assistance with the      selection and booking process 
  • Assistance with finding and booking all wedding day vendors      
  • Attendance at vendor meetings as needed 
  • Review of all wedding related contracts prior to      client signing 
  • Assistance with Hotel Blocks
  • Assist and create seating charts 
  • Transportation arrangements for your guests and VIPs

NOT INCLUDED IN ABOVE PACKAGES / ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE 

  • Placing Décor at ceremony and reception areas. $200
  • Complete set-up and tear-down  ( setting up tables, chairs, linens ect)  $500
  • Assembling DIY flowers      ( bouquets, centerpieces ect)  Starts @$250 ( does not include flowers.)
  • Charcuterie boards for the bride and groom suites. Starts at $75
  •  Personalized selection and coordination of vendors. $65 per hour.
  •  Personalized venue search and tours (for up to three venues) $600
  •  Vendor meetings or tastings. $200
  •  Additional staff on wedding date staff member. $250 per staff
  • Out of Town Events: Any wedding/event located 1 hour from Austin metro area is additional travel fee.  $300 

  

· Planning and management of engagement party, rehearsal dinner, or other events starting at $1,250/event, separate initial consultation and contract required

  •   *Please note: An additional assistant may be required in order to execute your wedding if the venue does not provide set-up/breakdown of furniture, the layout of your venue is challenging, you are bringing in large amounts of personal décor, you are not utilizing full-service catering, your floral services do not include set up and/or strike, your ceremony and reception are taking place at different venues, your photographer does not have a second shooter, or your guest count is over 150. We will do our best to ascertain the need for additional staff at the initial consultation, but final decisions will be made at the venue walk-through based on the full scope of the wedding.​
